Working, still pretty much brand new condition. I have had this headset a few years now, but I barely used it. Used it primarily as a headset for my playstation3, but I rarely played online so it just sits in a drawer never being used. Compatible with any bluetooth enabled phone, and the playstation3. Really high quality voice and sound. Has a vibration sensor built in to detect when you are talking to cancel out other noises. Comes with USB charger, left/right switchable ear hook, and 1 earpiece (Thoroughly cleaned and sterilized for you.) I do not have the original box or documentation anymore, but I'm sure the instructions for it can be downloaded somewhere. I remember that pairing it was really easy.
