It's time to start thinking of what your planting this year. I have a bunch of seeds left from my plants last year, and 3 extra packages that I bought.
The main thing I plant every year is yellow and red bell peppers because they are so expensive in the stores. These were really good. I don't bother with planting green bell because if I need that I just pick the other kind before it turns red or yellow.

The bag that says green chili & bell, I mixed the seeds together last year. These green chili peppers were my favorite of everything I planted. Their great for making all kinds of Mexican food. I cook them on the grill outside, and the skins just fall off. Then I freeze them and just pull them out as I need them. These plants get loads of peppers. Once in awhile you'll get a hot one, but most of them are not hot. Their just a great chili taste.
