Handmade Elmo hairbow, this is ready to ship. Made with grosgrain ribbon and hand stitched with extra strong thread to hold shape.

This does not have an alligator clip!!! As the same on ALL of my auctions I CANNOT **REPEAT** CANNOT SHIP UNTIL I KNOW WHAT YOU WANT!! If you do not answer or give me a choice preference I will not assume or guess-I WILL NOT SHIP!

I am not doing bows like this anymore because of how confusing the auctions are to follow directions. (This is a re-list due to no response from the winner.)

I don't, sorry.. I've never worked with barrettes either so I wouldn't know how to secure them properly :(
