The listing, ERROR JEFFERSON NICKEL has ended.

This nickel is lighter than a normal Jefferson nickel (See scale)

It is smaller in diameter than a regular Jefferson nickel (Sitting next to a 'regular Jefferson')

Appears to have "lamination" peel on obverse and reverse!

Wrong planchet?

I don't know what to make of it! Never saw one like this before!

Being that it's lighter and smaller than a regular nickel... I'm thinking wrong planchet. Can't explain the lamination 'peel' on both sides of the coin. And almost looks like it was struck through oil to be so blurred in the design. Multiple errors? I have NO IDEA but maybe someone can figure it out. Best of luck bidding!
