Great collectables here! These are the ICG Signature Series. 1999 Delaware Quarters The Philadelphia and Denver Mint. Both are slabbed and certified by ICG. Tab is signed in ink by original sculpture/Engraver, William Cousins. These are limited to only 10,000 each. Both are matching numbers "00923 of 10000"
These are high grade. They're not assigned a grade, but I found a article online that they are generally MS68 or above. If you think you see a flaw it's on slab. Coins are perfect!:)
