The listing, VERY RARE 1941 Goudey Baseball Card No.28 AL TODD, CUBS *Scarce card! has ended.
This is a scarce Baseball Card! Goudey kinda " dropped the bomb" on this set. They were very popular through the 1933-1934 years. But the 1935 lost popularity a little and this must have been a last effort or something. They came with black & white pictures of player with a red, yellow, blue and green of course! : )
They list the players name, team and position on front. They choose to leave the back blank. These cards didn't have near as high of printing numbers and low sales. These cards are fairly scarce today.
This card features Al Todd, Catcher for the Chicago Cubs.
Card has some wear. Small spots of paper loss. Only one little crease at top right. But you take in account that even though it has some minor damage it's still hard to find and a bit rare in that grade.
