Women's plus size blouse size 3x. Bought at Kohl's shirt is from the Elle line. Gathered drawstring waist and ruffled flounce sleeve. Colors are brown, cream, lavendar and black. GREAT business top!

how long is it and is the material strechy?

The material is not stretchy. The shirt has is fully lined. Both the lining and outer shell are 100% cotton.

The back from top to bottom is 26 1/2 inches. The front with the scoop is 23 inches. Hope that helps and thanks for your question.

YIKES!!! JUST read my reply. NOT 100% cotton it is 100% polyester!!! Sorry. The shirt is lined and both shell and lining are polyester....NOT stretchy material.
