The listing, Vintage Star Blue Sapphire Teardrop Pendant has ended.

I believe this is a created Sapphire. It isn't as bright as it appears in the picture. It is darker but still very pretty. It is mounted in a silver tone setting with 3 clear stones across the bottom and 1 near the top of the mounting. There are no markings. It measures just under 3/4" not including the loop for the chain (not included). It has a nice 6 leg star.
