Hi!! I understand completely!! The package inside of the box is still seemed in the plastic. I gently pressed on the paints and they don't feel like they would be dried up! Hopefully this helps!!!

How old are the paints ? Are any dried up ? ( sorry I have to ask but I've been burned by " never used" before .)
