The listing, Two Pair Cute Japanese Armwarmers has ended.

This listing is for two pair of cute armwarmers I bought in Japan. They are out of package and I tried them on but never wore them. You get a plain black pair with thumb holes and a tan eyelet pair with ruffled edge, no thumbholes. Flat unstretched measurements are about 15" long and 4" across, so about elbow length. They have a lot of stretch and should fit girl's L to women's XL. They are thin ploy/cotton blend fabric, a nice extra layer but not too warm, can easily wear year round. :)

could this possibly fit xs or small?

The elastic at the top is about 7 inches around, so as long as your arm right below the elbow is about 8 inches or more, they should stay up. The non-elastic part is about 8 inches around but stretchy, so the may be a bit loose around the wrist. Hope that makes sense, lol! Let me know if you have any other questions! :)
