18k gold, 9.25 silver with 8 rubies. Ring is size 8, silver on sides with 4 gold pieces on top that look like flowers. 1 larger ruby in center. Very beautiful ring.

So it's a sterling ring? That makes the gold accent most likely overlay. I can't tell from the pics how the rubies look... those are simulated, right?
