From a branch cutting of a mature tree you'll see a few tiny fruits right away like 1-3 years before it is showing very much fruit. From a seed I would expect it will be more like 3-4 years. I've raised quite a few and seeds always takes longer because branch of mature tree already thinks it is a mature tree doesn't know it is just a cutting Seeds smartly wait until the tree is much larger before wasting energy on fruit instead of growing bigger growth.
