I believe it is, usually a medium is 7/8. Im short on shipping funds right now, waiting on payment from a few I shipped before. If I get $ in i'd like to... i can keep you posted :0) It also comes with a matching plastic red ring, it matches the suit it is so adorable. I'd love to keep it but my belly isn't yet summer ready:0) Lol
