this Revere 85 model movie projector is 8mm made by the Revere Camera Company Chicago Illinios so it's made in America,from what I understand the company doesn't exist anymore ,don't know the exact year but it is from the 1940's I know for sure

so that makes this projector over 60 YEARS OLD

YES it really works I have it running as we speak,comes in a hard plastic case with latches and stay shut
has only one reel though under the projector

the patients are still on it on small metal plates attached

has reverse and take up functions,it is amazing quit for it's age,adjustable height tilt,focus,adjustments,the bulb is bright enough after all these years

all you need now is a cheap bottle of gin and some panatella cigars and some of your favorite old movies smokers maybe...)
