This is a VERIZON phone my Daughter got for Christmas and did NOT like it so she then purchased a Razor. And gave me this phone IT DOES NOT COME WITH A BOX OR CHARGER !!! She told me that the only thing she did not like was that it seemed slower then what she was used too. AND that the "Z" key doesn't work, and that it never did when she got it !
