I'm trying to deal with admin about that right now.. I was locked out of my account (it was almost a year ago now) with several auction listed, and unable to even See who won them much less send the items. A few months ago I decided to try again, and Amin was able to get me back into my account~ but all those auctions were unhappy people who never heard from me :( I've since written to people, sent people their velcroes and whatnot even though they long before got refunded, & so on.. but the rating still remains affected, unfortunately. It's actually frustrating, because I have hundreds of successful happy auctions delivered, and being locked out destroyed Years of positive feedback... if you look, all the negatives are NOT recent.. and Every One of my auctions since being back on here, has been delievered, even if the winning bid was 499 credits.. I just PAID to mail clothing to someone who got it at a bid which didn't even cover shipping.. I don't know how to do more than that to establish my track record. I've written to admin a couple of times now :( Thanks for your candid comment. I assure you that I will mail any auctions that I post and are won by any bidder.
