A....O K ! Here's my own Description.... I'm Not Much of a History Buff. At first, with "VICTORY" printed across the Center of its Reverse side.... I thought that it is Money that was printed for Victory in Our WWII, BUT.... By Closer Inspection, I found that printed along the Upper Edge of the Front side includes "APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES JUNE 13, 1922" ! I must Ask Avid Collectors "Was This Actually Printed in 1922, about 90 Years Ago ?!?".... Some more info Printed on it Includes "VICTORY SERIES NO 66, PAYABLE TO THE BEARER ON DEMAND IN SILVER PESOS OR IN LEGAL TENDER CURRENCY OF THE UNITED STATES OF EQUIVALENT VALUE".... The Seal on the Lower Right of its front Reads "Manilla Philippines" and surrounding the Seal reads "COMMONWEALTH OF THE PHILIPPINES UNITED STATES OF AMERICA".... AND, on the Left of its front Shows an Engraved Portrait of a man with Name "MABINI" printed below the Portrait.... I have had this since some time in the 1950s. I put it between some kinda Plastic and used some Scotch type tape around its Edges to Reduce any Exposure to Humidity and Air. I am Not an Expert at Collecting Currency BUT.... I can Honestly say that "It has No Tears and Extremely Minimal signs of Any Creases" !.... ALSO, my Photos seem to look More Yellowish than Reality.... A....O K !....
