I received this for Christmas and with my fibromyalgia and bulging discs I cannot use it. My loss is your gain. I never even took it out of the box because I had tried one once before. You can also use it for neck, knees, etc. Batteries not included (2 AA).

Thanks for the prayers hun, I can sure use them. My GP keeps telling me if I don't have surgery I'll end up crippled in a wheelchair but the neurologists say surgery won't help, so what do you do? I just try to keep as active as I can without injuring myself. I'm already a fan of yours so good luck if bidding and returning thr prayers.

I have never heard of surgery for fibromyalgia. But chiropractors help. I have fibromyalgia.

No surgery for fibro. I have 3 bulging disks and degenerative disk disease also as well as my spine is encased in arthritis. Very painful in itself and then I deal with the fibro which moves from place to place, gets bad, gets better, reacts to heat and cold, etc. and then there is the brain fog, ugg! Just gotta keep as active as possible. You know what I mean. Hope you have a great pain free day.

Love these. I have the Shiatzu (not sure how ya spell it) full back massager. If you hit a bone though, ouch! My sister sounds just like you, some days she is in so much pain. I pray for you both.
