The listing, Charlotte Russe Pinstripe Dress has ended.

Size 11. Very cute dress has shimmery black pinstripes on skirt part that don't show up well in pic. Has belt loops, but it didn't have belt when I got it. Ruffles on top with high waist makes it look almost like a pencil skirt when its on. Very sexy and classy.
