I had a problem with one of my buyers who started a dispute on day six which happened to fall one day after Sunday and Presidents Day. Even though I have according to Listia rules Day 7 to mail out a package. Listia found for him and he received a free necklace. He received his necklace on day 8. Please remember I have not control of the mail after I send the items out. I send tracking with all my items.
