I don't believe this is a dollar coin. US Mint didn't produce silver LIBERTY dollars in 1995.
Looks an awful lot like a LIBERTY Half Dollar, but they were only produced in 1916-1947.
So do you know anything about the history of this coin? Might it be a token?

Fanned and watching, they have been making these since 1986 and they still do.
I have them all but 2012 have not bought it yet. this one would sell for spot $33.54 at the end of today market price.. they are called American Silver Eagle
1oz pure .999 silver.
