I'm not exactly sure what is needed to receive the Trusted Seller Badge. However, as a new member of this site, I already successfully shipped out six (6) items to six different winners; whom have happily received their items and have expressed their gratification in the feedback I've received. Ah, I see what you mean. I actually put "Trusted Seller" because I thought I would receive the "Trusted Seller Badge" after at least my first six auctions were complete. I was so wrong, but had already posted this auction with the image that said "Trusted Seller". But thanks for pointing that out though, I do appreciate that. So in saying that u hv already shown us that u are trustworthy, now u just hv to KEEP IT UP. Do not be deterred by the things that dont matter. We are our best judges and we ultimatley hv the last say so if we want to bid or not. U hv obviously put up a great auction and of course theres going to be "OPINIONS". And thats all they are is opinions. I'm looking for all kinda ways to get a badge. Any ideas...

@ j_labadie thanks for telling us the obvious, I don't know what your point is?

@ JG you handled that very well. We all can see that you're not a "trusted seller" yet because you're new, but we all have to start out somewhere. And there is Listia assurance, if things are followed through the proper way you can get your credits back if he doesn't follow through with the sale.
Seller wings are simliar to the Wings badge, but these are for seller status. This badge is so you can easily recognize an up and coming seller that is on their way to the Trusted Seller badge. To get the Seller Wings badge you need to have 5 positive seller feedback ratings, listed at least 5 auctions, maintain a 90% postive seller feedback rating and been a member for 20 days.
Sometimes it's hard to tell who you can trust. If a seller sports this badge there's a good chance you can trust them! To get the Trusted Seller badge you need to have 15 seller feedback ratings, maintain a 95% positive seller feedback rating and been a member for 20 days. Oh and a profile picture helps too!
Trust is also built up if you link your Facebook and Twitter if you have one.
Hope this helps..I'm rather new myself, but can tell when someone is either just being an S. A. or just trying to get others not to bid.

I have no intentions on scamming anyone out of credits or won items here on this site. But of course we all know that actions speak much louder than words... especially here on Listia.
