For your consideration.... this is an One Touch Ultra 2 glucose monitoring device... as you can see it turns on but reads; Low Battery Replace Battery Now see owners booklet.... unfortunately couldn't find the bookletl but I went online and found it online so if there's a winner I will email website to have that on hand.....
This is ONLY the monitor and blood sampler sorry but it DOESN'T come with test strips, control solution or lancets.... if anyone needs one and wants to have it I'll be more than happy to send it out...
Retails for about $60 depending where you go, been wiped down with a disinfectant solution....

It's in good condition (needs battery replaced) >>I'll actually replace the batteries<<, only reason my mom stopped using it because her doctor gave her a new monitor that would be easier for her to get a sample from.... it's in it's case and it's been in her dresser.... it turns on just that the battery is low...

uses two 3.0 volt CR2032 lithium batteries can be found in most stores where batteries are sold....
