As stated above in the listing, I am on disability and have a small income. I do purchase the proper envelopes and packing material so that I can ship you item safely. I do not use white envelopes. But I am not able to afford covering the shipping cost at this time.

couldnt you just out it in a white envelope and tape it shut and put a stamp on it it would only cost one stamp to send this ring just trying to save every one some money

No, I will not do that. I have received 3 items from winnings here that were sent that way and the envelope was torn and items were hanging out when received. Plus with tracking I have proof that it was delivered.

Yes there is. You do not have to have Paypal to send money. I have never used it, but if you go to the Paypal homepage, it should have the information.

As I said, I have received jewelry that way and the envelopes were torn opn from the machines at the post office. I will not ship my jewelry that way. This is for your benefit as well as mine, plus I always do tracking numbers.
