I try to switch my profile picture every week or so, I am always laughing at something, but I am also a little sarcastic, so I try to pick something that will make others smile, laugh, or at least be able to relate to the message. Are these matte or sparkle?

I have never tried this palette, but I am positive the colors are not matte. I found a few stock type photos online and added them. You can wear wet or dry, wearing wet intensifies the color according to elf description. I also saw the word "Shimmering" so I am sure there will be some sparkle. However, none of the shades look like it contains any sort of glitter. Hope this helps. Thanks for stopping by.
