Mossimo hi-lo skirt purchased new w/out tags & never wore it. The waist only has elastic across the back, but lying flat it measures about 14" & the elastic stretched to about 19", w/ these measurements this is probably juniors sizing. The front/shorter side measured close to 17" long & the back length is about 29". I'm kinda short and this was well above my knees in the front, but your height & where you want it to sit on your waist may affect that.

I've looked this over & do not see any defects - only the black markings on the tag.
100% rayon & machine washable. It's a beautiful blue (royal?) w/ a darker blue (denim/navy) pattern.

We have a dog, & there's occasional smoking inside (I'm not the one who smokes) although it's never in the room with the clothes & I keep my clothes as closed off as possible. The skirt has just been hanging in my closet since I got it, but does have some wrinkles, so it could use a wash and/or a press anyway.
