FREE: Heirloom Seeds: Sunflowers & Watermelons Two Packets

These seeds are extra special! They come from Native Seeds SEARCH, a non-profit that saves heirloom seeds of the Southwest. The plants you'll grow are the same as those that the native people who first lived here grew- they have been cultivated and saved by those people's ancestors. These have a sell by date of 1/31/12, but should be good to plant for months afterwards. The packets are a little dirty from being in my seed basket, but the seeds are in new condition.

Here are some details- see photos for more info on the seeds/plants. You'll get one packet of each.
(1) Sunflower, Havasupai Mix (14 seeds), these are from the tribe at the bottom of the Grand Canyon
(1)Watermelon, Navajo Red Seeded (25 seeds), a very sweet melon that is rare to find in people's gardens
