You are looking at a Beautiful Ladies Outerwear Sleeveless Vest from Columbia Sportswear Company.
This is the only one i have. It is size XL. It is black 100% polyester. This vest does not make you look fat like most Puffer jackets do. It is so shaped that it does just the opposite, that's why I bought it : ).
It is soft all the way down the sides and around the collar. It is like new very gently worn by me. I bought it new last spring and it was tight. I wore it twice.
Today I put it on and it's too big. I lost weight so I can't wear it. But my loss is your gain!

It is so thin and lightweight but warm. Columbia makes very best quality clothing ever!!!
It is clean and odor free. It has no stain or defects whatsoever. It has 2 side pockets and is in a smoke-free pet-free home.
It is so cute and shaped beautifully.
