What do you mean by any markings? Do you mean scraches? if so yes there is some but nothing you can see unless you really look in the light up close. If you have any more questions just ask. Thanks Josh

One of the quickest, and easiest, ways to tell if gold is real or fake is to get a ordinary refrigerator magnet. If the magnet sticks to the gold then it is fake. This is because the metal beneath the gold is a metal alloy. Often these alloys are sprayed with gold flecks to give the appearance of being real.

If u want to test gold put items in a cup of bleach silver and gold will be fine but anything fake or plated will start turning black! there will be lil black bubbles against the surface of the item! guarantee!!

To everyones question on is this real. Does silver or goldstick to a magnet?
The short answer is no. Real 9K or more gold is not magnetic, nor is silver. If you find that ur ring or necklace is sticking to a magnet it is plated and is not real. This gold necklace that i have does NOT stick to a magnet.

To be honest i would rather just do it out right and let it go through its aution. I see you put a bid on it. If its somthing you really want you can message me an make me an offer. As i have heard there are alot of scammers and you just made a profile not being mean or anything. I know there are people out there that are honest and trustworthy but then you got people that like to scamm. So if its somthing you want let me know. Thanks Josh

Thanks Josh! I think what Sammy was referring to is a stamp/impression, usually found on the clasp, that will have 14k, or whatever.
