It comes in a hard plastic case and includes the paperwork. It also has a protective cardboard sleeve. Will go from flood light to spot light with a twist of the wrist. Converts to freestanding candle mode. Water and shock resistant. Spare bulb inside tail cap. Long lamp life and efficient power usage. Comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Date of release is 1999. New and never used. In like brand new condition.
