This is a little red case that holds band aids. It is perfect for keeping in your bag, purse, car, mini first aid kit, or where ever! It is just a few inches long, a little bigger than your average band aid. On the front it says Dexter Showtime written in the logo of the show. Inside are 5 band aids that are tattoo bandaids. I think that means they just say something on the band-aid. It looks like it says "Dexter" and maybe something else in a bloody script. I didn't want to open or ruin one to see exactly. The case opens in the back to refill with more band aids. Great for Dexter fans!
