I don't think that it is. alot of websites let you Download it legally. i'l try and see if i can find out if it is.

no as long as u have a key code it's not u can make 1 back up copy . as they call it

actually the backup copy is for the owner of the original CD only, so unless your sending the original CD along with this then yes its considered piracy
