The listing, Pepper, Carrot, Bean and Radish Seeds has ended.
This lot is for seeds of the four following types of vegetable: Spanish Style Hungarian Yellow Wax Peppers, Chantenay Style Heirloom Carrots, and a colorful blend of Gourmet Radishes.
Peppers mature to be red and spicy, great for cooking or pickling (try it as a Bloody Mary garnish when pickled!) Takes about 16 days to germinate, and should be planted in roomy and not-too-deep soil. Start inside and plant in full sun after they have like 7 leaves.
Carrots are the short and fat ones with a sweet taste. Great for baking, juicing, and munching! Rabbits love mine so beware. Need a good depth but can handle lesser quality grow zones. They can't get too much water, but still love full sun.
Radishes are a blend of French Breakfast, China Rose, Early Scarlet, Black Spanish, and White Icicle. Plant right in a deep, roomy soil. They grow a long time so save a few seeds to plant about 3-4 weeks after the first batch for a plentiful second harvest. These are also great to slice and pickle. They have spreading roots. When the plant looks strong start plucking the ones nearest to roots.
Beans are American grown and like all beans, been moderate shade but also a spot which is really sunny because the roots will hot if too wet or cold. Drainage is important. I recommend starting inside and they have a short germination period. Plant when 4 inches tall and 8-10 inches apart. Grow on a tall stake or cage, and enjoy all summer because you can pick beans often and new ones will still grow back.
More than 15 bean seeds, more than 25 radish seeds, more than 25 pepper seeds, and a whole lot of carrot seeds.
If the bid exceeds 100,000 credits I will pick out a fifth type of seed or flower as a special bonus package. :) Will be shipped with tracking in a bubble mailer. Just in time for early planting zones. Thanks for reading and happy bidding.
