broken ipod touch just wont turn on good screen and everything just wont turn on and the top left cornerof the glass is broken

HI Can you please explain somthing as I see it very confusing. YOu said that you
tried to turn it on and it wont until you connect it to the computer then it was trying to restore but you couldnt cause it wasnt your pc . When you restore it, it dosent matter whos computer it is that you are using. When you restore it, it auctomaticly clean and clear up everything.

This is not a 3rd gen. It is a 2nd gen. Third gen comes in 32g and 64g while 2nd comes in 8g 16g and 32g.
