FACT: moanarch butterfly is the state insect for Texas !!!

underwater meets insect motif... featuring a red / orange ( ginger ) haired mermaid w/ curly hair hanging down long, black and white polka dot bra w/ cute bow, fin has motif of monarch butterfly, butterfly & starfish sidekicks, light blue bubbles, ocean background of light blue, main colors of: ORANGE, RED

MATERIALS: drawn by hand w/ black calligraphy marker on impressions brand watercolor pad (9 x 12 cardstock - firm, not flimsy) then colored in w/ Crayola crayons
