This is a set of 4 stamps issued in 1939 by National Socialist Germany in honor of the Fellowship of German Postal Workers ("Kameradschaftsblock der Deutschen Reichspost"). Part of the cost of the stamps were used for postage and a small additional amount was directed to the postal fellowship (these are also called "semi-postal stamps" by collectors). These stamps are beautifully designed and are in wonderful condition. They were never used.
