This is a VTECH V Smile for baby. It can be played stand alone or on the TV. It comes with 2 game cartridges, and RC cords but will need a 9V power supply (which can be bought just about anywhere like wal mart etc.) for about 10 dollars. It is clean, and only used once. Was bought for a Christmas present.Can also be powered by batteries. the 2 games are Pooh's Hundred Acre Wood Adventure (Winnie the Pooh) and Learn and Discover Home. BOTH are learning games.
