Here's something you don't see every day. A pen shaped like a syringe with working plunger to retract the pen tip and red ink.

It has mL markings like a real syringe and on the back, although difficult to see in the photo there text that says say no to drugs.

I can't even remember where I got it, but its a cool lovelty for people in the medical field, pen collectors, vampire fans, or anybody who likes having interesting and unusual items.
