Ugh, I'd rather not. Last time someone won and wanted Ebay it said it would take a week to have it delivered by email even. But if you have your heart set on it, and don't mind a possible wait, sure.

Ebay is delivered quickly. You just have to be sure you are sending it to the correct e-mail address, the one the person uses for their ebay and paypal account. I've had confusion with these also, but as long as the person gives you the correct e-mail address it gets sent within a few hours, in my experience.

It gave me an estimated delivery time of 7 days last time (and I was kind of shocked since I was paying for it today, not in 7 days), that's why I'm hesitant and I definitely had the right address! But like I said, if someone wants it, it can be done!!!

Aeropostale would have to be an e-card to be $10.
No for American Eagle. Lowest they have available is $25.

It's super easy to look them up on your favorite websites. Just look for a section (usually at the bottom of the homepage) that says "Gift Cards". It will usually have a drop down menu of the amounts available. I only say this in case I'm not around at some point to answer someone!
