Crape Myrtles vary in height, but the tallest one in our yard is approximately 12 feet tall. The soil can determine growth
The purple blooms in summer are just beautiful!!!

Heya, have you encountered a variety of Crepe Myrtle called "Red Rocket" & had any problems germinating them? Have germinate Crepe's with magenta, purple or light pink blossoms but this is a dwarf and neigh
bor has a fence lined with them 4-5' max height and 2 died out. Sometimes when they dub a variety of hybrid their seeds are sterile to eliminate patent infringement...how rare are these guys or have you seen them? My neighbor says he wasn't able to locate any and I can always look on the web but I remember you knowing your plant stuff ;) Thanks, Margie!

I haven't seen any but I did asked the plant man and he said that they do make them that way so you wont have tons of babies to keep cutting down. they put something on the roots to stop new babies.
