Become aware about Epilepsy! Wear purple. Did u know people still die from seizures. Sometimes its called SUDUP, related to SIDS but its when there is a undiagnosed irregular heartbeat. When someone has a seizures the brain tells the heart to stop. Fortantly it can be changed with taking a med. WE NEED MORE FUNDING FOR EPILEPSY. Did you know Epilepsy and Autism and mood disorder such as bipolar have 1 gene that causes all of them. Become aware. Inquires at yr local Epilepsy Foundation ;-))

I know how you feel as I have a child that has Autism and Adhd. So I'm very understanding that it may take some time to send item out if I win. My daughter seen it and just thought she had to have this. Lol

i understand that you are having a hard time. who wouldnt be with all that going on. i may not understand the epilepsy but i have a good friend who is autistic and i myself have adhd and bipolar disorder and its not fun. i just wanted to let you know that i will be wearing purple today in honor of your child. more people should be educated and that is my goal for the day. to educate myself so i can educate other. fanned and watching. stay strong.

Ahh Thank you sooo much. My daughter has adhd dx also. She prob should be dx with bipolar since she has all the behaviors for that also but its hard to find a Phych to dx it in a child. When we lived in Missouri her Phych Dr did dx her with that but down here in Tennessee they dont want to dx children with that until they are teenagers. It can be very difficult.So instead of bipolar they have dx her with odd (opositional difiance disorder) which in my opinion has the same type of behavior. But all in all Epilepsy makes many things go wrong in the brain plus genetic plays a part.

Thank you so much for wearing yr purple.:-)) It was my favorite color when I was a kid and still. Its funny how God plays a role in my life that he was getting me ready for all of this. The best info is to let people know about Epilepsy and for people to become aware and ask ?'s to their doctors such as if they no about SUDEP. If a Dr doesnt no then you can take that oppertunity to educate yr Dr.
