Lot of costume jewelry, modern and retro that needs a little TLC. Mostly just missing rhinestones, but the necklace does need some micro reattaching of some links. All unsigned except silvertone bracelet signed 3MNY.

What all has to be done to the necklace?

It is missing a few of the small rhinestones, and there is a couple places where the H connectors that hold the rhinestones together have either come loose or broken. In either case the rhinestone would need removed to put an H connector in and the rhinestones put back. Picture #9 shows one of the loose ones. Hope this helps. Thanks.
