Headpins with balls are great for making earrings and pendants, see my photos for many examples of how to use them. With the little ball on the end, you don't need to add your own "end bead" to prevent the larger beads from falling off. I counted out 30 then added a few more ... some of these are bent but you can still use them (I do). And, I will not send you any badly bent headpins.

Thanks, good luck! I'm running low on headpins with balls too, ran out of the short ones and had to send the winners the long ones last week (but I don't think they'll complain). But I've got more on order.

Do you have any longer than 2" length? I have some natural, center drilled onyx stones that are 2" so I would need something longer. Thanks!

Oh, that's a problem, no I don't and actually I haven't seen any longer than 2 inches. You might have to use wire (like you'd use for wire wrapping) or beading wire to create pendants from something that large. It's a creative challenge, for sure.

One thing that might work with them are the wire guard crimps ... a u-shaped crimp you normally use at the ends of a necklace or bracelet to attach the clasps. I don't have them listed at the moment but SweetestMorgan does. If you search natahoa you'll see them in the list. She is an excellent seller, I think she has lots of 50 of them on Listia.
