This is an unlocked RCA Android Version 4.42 cell phone. I have had to get an updated cell phone because AT&T has shut down their 2G network Cell Towers. This will work with other carriers,but you should check before picking one. You will need a sim card and you can also add a memory card. The phone includes USB cord and an accessory to use with a power outlet to charge the phone. It has a front and rear camera. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

My 7 year old cracked his tablet yesterday. He mostly uses it for android educational apps while in the hospital for his asthma. :-) phones as tablets are more durable as far as screens go.
