These hilarious old earrings are for pierced ears only - they have post-style backs. I never actually wore them - they were "on display" with my cat figurines!

These unusual earrings appear to be made of thin brass sheets that have been shaped and cut into cute FAT CATs, with lots of detail for the ears, nose, mouth, whiskers, and necklace. The cat is wearing a surprised expression and a beaded necklace.

The "dangle" that comes down from the earlobe is a triangular piece about an inch long, and the two ends of it form the 3-D eyes of the cat - so if you tilt it back and forth, the eyes move!

The cats are about 2" in either direction, so with the dangle added, they are about 3" long.

These would make a great gag gift for someone, or a great addition to a collection, whether you collect cats, brass, or unusual earrings.
