This is a beautiful SOLID 14K GOLD cross that i received a long time ago and have recently upgraded to a newer one. I believe it is about 25 to 29 years old somewhere in there. It is in good shape no dings or dents it would benefit from a buffing but doesn't absolutely need it.

You can still clearly read the markings on the back it says SIMMONS 14K. Simmons was the company that made it back then they made a lot of childrens jewelry I don't know if they are still around but i assure you it does NOT mean russell simmons when you google simmons jewelry thats what comes up.

The chain is not the original one i switched it because I broke the original it was very very dainty and well you give a dainty chain to a child its done for. The chain it's on now is 18K SOLID GOLD and a lot more durable.

I never had a new ring to hold the cross on i just used on I had from another charm i broke (i used to be very rough on my jewelry) So as you can see in the pictures the loop isn't original either I just clasped it on myself years ago but if you wanted to get it put on it's very cheap and this would make a great gift if you were willing to put a different loop on. The loop is real gold too i believe 14K thats what the charm it came off was.

The chain is just about 18inches and the cross is 1inch long and a 1/2 inch wide.

I am giving this up because it is beautiful and deserves to be worn not melted down for cash. I don't believe in holding on to stuff unless it is truely senitmental and this has memories but nothing I can't remember w/o it. So I hope whoever gets this enjoys it!!
