The listing, Angora rabbit bunny fiber for spinning has ended.

This auction is for 1.5 ounces of angora rabbit fiber. I have the little one shown, Blossom, a jersey wooley (miniature angora) who I took out of a horrendous situation when she was about 10 months old, and another big bun, my old girl Yoshi, who was on her last days at a kill shelter, an agouti, and all this is from the two of them. They are loved and I gently pluck the loose fiber from them, I don't shear, as it leaves blunt ends, and this does NOT have to be carded, but should be spun as it is. The bobbin shows an example of a two ply. This is as it has come from the rabbits. Questions welcome!

I don't see you on much so it didn't even occur to me. I check for fiber fairly often but darylann had some handspun of the angora up for auction earlier and I mentioned that I'm spinning....so the fiber was listed! There is some alpaca up too but I plan on fighting with my knitting needles for that!

You really don't want to know this, but I save my Maltese (dog, not falcon)'s fur after grooming. I know, you have to be very crafty (as in into crafts, not necessarily smart) and know what a Maltese looks and feels like, for this not to be disgusting.
