Just as April showers bring May flowers, each droplet in this shawl holds a flower.

This is a rectangular lace shawl, with both written and charted instructions. The chart for this pattern was created by Cathy Scott using the StitchMastery Knitting Chart Editor, and the photographs in the pattern are from Digital Photography by Joe and Suzy.

Not to be picky, but are you the designer? I do love the pattern, but only patterns actually designed by the seller can be sent email -- otherwise it is a copyright violation.

It is a very pretty shawl. What size needles and yarn do you use? And how long does this take to knit?

DK weight yarn, with US size 9 needles. How long it takes is dependant on two things - how fast do you knit, and how much experience with lace do you have? It took me a long time, but I'm slow knitter and didn't have a lot of lace experience. That's the best answer I can give you.
