Is the card's number on the right-hand side below the picture TU06-EN003?
If it is, then yes, it is a rare. It's a Turbo Pack Masked Dragon.

No it don't it says SD1-EN009 :( i am so sorry from the research i did i searched by the number on the bottom of the card. Whoever wins this auction i will refunded your credits right back to you I really do apologize. I try to be through and get the right info for these cards as I personally know nothing about them. Again I do apologize and I will refund the credits.

Attention all bidders: I found out this is not the super rare card like I thought it was and i am deeply sorry for that! I was in no way trying to dupe anyone was just going by what research on the card i found online and unfortunately didn't know what all to look for. Whoever wins this I am more then willing to refund your credits back if you would like or i could throw in more yu-gi-oh cards whatever you prefer. I got tons from my son who no longer wants them. It is totally your choice and i'll be more then willing to help in any way to make this right. I am truly sorry for the misunderstanding. Thank you for the ones that helped me understand how to find out for sure what the card is! :) I would gladly stop the auction, but am not able to not even able to update it as it is to close to the time it is ending.

You know, if you have other cards, you can find out what set the card is from and their rarity here: http://yugioh.wikia.com
Just type in /wiki/"Name_of_Card" With the name being separated by underscores like in the example below.

And the "TCG Sets" English listing is the one you want to see. Sometimes there's also an "English - Worldwide" listing, check that one out first, in that situation.

"OCG Sets". There's a Japanese and Korean Listing for the OCG sets.
