it's made out of ribbon.. it does look shiny lol but it is ribbon and the white stitching part is thread from the sewing machine. :-)

This is cute. We don't have one like this all of ours are the big spreadable bows are flowers. Wasn't sure about the stitching but its hard to tell in pics. I have won things on here that I wasn't sure about before and when I got them I was in LOVE lol
